John Fitzgerald has been promoted to v.p./marketing for Des Plaines, IL-based Geberit North America.

Mike Pint has been named v.p./sales and marketing for Roanoke, VA-based Atlantis Outdoor Kitchens and New River Semi Custom Cabinetry.

Jody Rosenberg has been appointed v.p./sales & marketing for Milwaukee, WI-based Graff. The company has also added Paul Greenspan as sales manager.
