ASA Members Convene With Government Officials

Washington, DC — Members of the American Supply Association, the organization representing distributors and manufacturers of plumbing and related products, conducted a two-day series of meetings in Washington, DC recently, drawing attention to the important issues impacting the plumbing industry with members of Congress and several government agencies, ASA officials announced.

Fifteen ASA members visited 32 representatives and senators, presenting ASA’s positions on nearly a dozen issues, with special focus on tax legislation, water infrastructure funding and union card check legislation, according to the Chicago-based ASA, which termed the effort successful in advancing the trade association’s positions.
