Waco, TX — DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has announced a partnership with GuildQuality Inc., a company that specializes in conducting customer satisfaction surveys for builders and remodelers.
According to DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, based in Waco, TX, the Atlanta-based GuildQuality can track data collected from DreamMaker clients at various times throughout the remodeling process. The customers’ feedback “will be used to further enhance the DreamMaker experience,” said DreamMaker president Doug Dwyer.
“We value our franchisees’ relationships with every client, so it is important to ensure that each customer’s experience is a positive one,” Dwyer said. “Using GuildQuality surveys will enable us to assure customers are completely satisfied.”
DreamMaker has approximately 105 independently owned and operated franchises nationwide.
