Lumberton, NJ — Blanco America, the Lumberton, NJ-based manufacturer of kitchen sinks and faucets, has been awarded the coveted 2007 “Good Design” Award for excellence in industrial design for the company’s Blancoprecision 10 sinks, the company announced.
Founded in Chicago in 1950, the Chicago Athenaeum “Good Design” awards annually honor the achievements of the best industrial and graphic designers and world manufacturers for their pursuit of design excellence.
Blancoprecision 10 sinks were singled out for design of the highest form, function and aesthetic, according to the company.
This is the second major international design award for the Blancoprecision 10 sinks. Last year, the company won a gold award in the 2007 IF (International Forum Design) Awards.
