Chapel Hill, NC — The SEN Design Group has introduced its latest membership service, Business Coaching – aimed at serving “as a catalyst to facilitate positive changes in a member’s operation and strategically increase favorable relationships with preferred kitchen and bath manufacturers.”
The Chapel Hill, NC-based SEN said that its new initiative will be led by John Lang, a 20-year kitchen and bath veteran.
“John Lang has displayed more than 12 years of exemplary success in adopting a tactical business model while spearheading a thriving New Jersey-based kitchen and bath design business,” said Ken Peterson, CKD and president of the 300-member SEN Design Group.
In the past, Peterson has served as the main financial consultant to SEN members. However, his other responsibilities left him limited time for structured follow-up, Peterson said, adding “this is where the Business Coaching Service will make a significant difference.
“With Lang performing the primary Business Coaching responsibilities, the combination of a consultant and coach working in tandem on the members’ behalves will allow for plausible solutions to be developed, generating constructive results, business growth, and increased profitability,” Peterson pointed out.
“Moreover, Lang will allow for thorough implementation and accountability, which is needed to generate positive results,” he said.
Peterson also announced that another new consumer seminar kit is now available for use by SEN’s membership. Entitled
“How Much Should A Good Bathroom Cost?,” the program contains ideas to help consumers make wise bathroom remodeling and product decisions.
The new bath power point program was developed by Tom Blau, v.p./business education and a former Milwaukee dealer who specialized in bathroom remodeling, according to Peterson.
As part of its marketing program, SEN offers its membership four additional seminar power point kits aimed at kitchen and bath remodeling consumers.
