Remodelers from around the country gathered in the Mouton ballroom of the Wynn Hotel, Las Vegas on Oct. 9 to network with industry colleagues and accept their 2007 Top 500 Top Performer Awards and Master Design Awards.
Seventeen companies received Top 500 Top Performer Awards, and 78 awards were given to the winners of the 29th annual Master Design Awards, which includes five co-entries. In partnership with The Chrysalis Awards, Janus Awards were given to companies who won both Chrysalis and Master Design Awards during 2007; 17 companies were recognized with this honor.
The featured speaker for the evening, Rich Harshaw, also presented at the Top 500 Marketing Seminar earlier in the day. Harshaw spoke to the audience about his “Monopolize Your Marketplace” and what remodelers can do to remain at the top of their game.
Attendees were again serenaded throughout the evening by Ken Kanline of The Southern Building Show and the Chrysalis Awards. His remodeling-focused songs always delight the audience and receive laughs.
The Qualified Remodeler event was supported by its corporate sponsors, GE Money, which has supported this event for four consecutive years, and newcomer LG Hi-Macs. They were joined by the hospitality sponsor, Milgard Windows and Doors.
