‘New Generation’ of Electronic Products Providing Online Information Are Being Introduced by KBDN

Hackensack, NJ — A “new generation” of electronic products, aimed at delivering information to kitchen/bath professionals online, has been introduced by Kitchen & Bath Design News.

The products, including a monthly series of e-newsletters, three K/BIS-related e-newsletters and a state-of-the-art Video Network, were announced last month by KBDN editorial director and publisher Eliot Sefrin.

“As publishing evolves, and our readers look for alternative ways to obtain information, it’s imperative for KBDN to devise new ways of delivering information, and connect marketers with kitchen and bath professionals,” Sefrin said.

“With our new online products, KBDN has truly become a fully integrated brand that includes print, conferences, regional trade shows and Internet-based products. As such, we can offer our readers a multitude of ways to learn about their market. Similarly, we can offer our advertisers a variety of ways to reach the market’s key designers and specifiers,” Sefrin added.

The new e-newsletters include:

  • Market Update, a monthly e-newsletter that will provide a brief, timely snapshot of the kitchen and bath market, including top headlines, economic news, key trends and product innovations.
  • Business Insights, a monthly e-newsletter that includes tips on developing profit-generating business strategies for kitchen and bath specialists.
  • A trio of K/BIS-related e-newsletters. The first will preview selected products to be displayed at the show, scheduled for May in Las Vegas. The second will include coverage from the show floor, while the third, in late May, will include a review of the show.

KBDN’s new Video Network, unveiled about two months ago, is a cutting-edge resource that enables advertisers to reach a wide audience of trade professionals and consumers on KBDN’s recently enhanced Website, www.KitchenBathDesign.com.

Sefrin said the new online products “will complement KBDN in print, not compete with or detract from it,” and will be aimed at taking advantage of the unique properties of the Internet – particularly its speed, flexibility and capacity.
