Dual Regional Shows on Tap During 2007

Ft. Lauderdale, FL — Cygnus Expositions, the producer of the recently launched Kitchen & Bath Design & Remodeling Expo Southeast, has announced that interest is building for the inaugural event, scheduled here for June.

The three-day trade show and educational conference, modeled after the annual Kitchen & Bath Design & Remodeling Expo in King of Prussia, PA, is aimed at filling a need in the Southeastern kitchen and bath market, said show officials, who reported that exhibit space is selling steadily.

The inaugural southeast event will take place June 5-7 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention Center. The Kitchen & Bath Design & Remodeling Expo Northeast will be held Oct. 9-11 in King of Prussia, PA.

“We began the King of Prussia event three years ago to fill a void in the Northeast,” said Pati Beaulieu, show director. “Based upon the success of that event, we have created an event to accommodate the vibrant southeastern region.”

Sponsored by Kitchen & Bath Design News and supported by sister magazines Qualified Remodeler and Residential Design & Build, the Kitchen & Bath Design & Remodeling Expo Southeast will showcase the latest products and services from manufacturers and distributors across the East Coast.

Complementing the exhibits, an educational program will be presented throughout the event.

The seminars will provide attendees with the insights and skills professionals require in the fast-changing, fashion-driven kitchen and bath market, Cygnus Expo officials said. CEU credits will be offered to all members of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA).

Both the Kitchen & Bath Design & Remodeling Expo Southeast and the Kitchen & Bath Design & Remodeling Expo Northeast are produced by Cygnus Expositions, the Burnsville, MN-based trade show arm of Cygnus Business Media, parent company of Kitchen & Bath Design News.
