Cadet 3 is the newest generation of American Standard’s Cadet Series. On Cadet 3, EverClean, a silver-based double coat glaze that repels dirt by reducing adhesion of mineral deposits, is applied on all exposed surfaces, not just in the bowl. Gravity-fed like its predecessors, Cadet 3 uses an oversized chemical-resistant flapper in American Standard’s newest flushing system called Flush Right. The 3-in. flush valve, combined with a direct-fed jet, delivers a powerful water flow for exceptional flush performance.

ShowHouse, the luxury brand of faucets and bath accessories from Moen, announces its latest advancement in customizable shower environments — the ExactTemp 3/4-in. Thermostatic valve. The valve enables the preferred water temperature to be “dialed” on demand with pinpoint accuracy; then, individual control levers are turned on to deliver water to all or to any of the desired components. The valve is 33 percent larger than the standard 1/2-in. valve and can deliver up to 16 gal. of water per minute to vertical spa shower components for optimum flow.

The Titan Basin of this Model 890U is an undermount with the rim semi-concealed and measures 28 by 16 by 10 in. LG Electronics introduces an entirely new concept of clothing care by incorporating steam technology into the wash cycle, resulting in reduced water usage and increased energy savings. The SteamWasher also features a unique SteamFresh Cycle which uses the power of steam to reduce wrinkles and odors from clothing without the use of water or detergent.

The new stainless steel tank for In-Sink-Erator Instant Hot Water Dispensers features a 750-watt heater that delivers up to 60 cups of near-boiling 200 F water per hour with an easy-to-adjust temperature located on the outside of tank. The stainless steel tank features a three-year in-home parts and labor service warranty for customer convenience that, when installed by a certified Pro Circle plumber, can be extended to five years, matching that of the In-Sink-Erator Series 1100 Instant Hot Water Dispenser.
