LONG ISLAND, NY — KitchenBathPros.com, an Internet-based resource for kitchen and bath design professionals, is introducing “a groundbreaking online experience” that will enable consumers to ask questions and communicate directly with design professionals about their kitchens or baths.
The new service, scheduled to go live by the middle of last month, was announced by KitchenBathPros.com president Susan Serra, CKD, who founded the web-related business in 2002.
“The focus of KitchenBathPros.com has been to enable professionals in the kitchen and bath industry to communicate with one another online, share resources, solve problems and build a library of information and experience,” Serra said.
The new service, she noted, signals “a new beginning, a new path to interacting with consumers and an important vehicle for kitchen and bath designers to connect with other professionals.
“We have made the perfect match of consumer and designer online,” Serra commented. “Both consumers and pros benefit by increasing awareness of kitchen and bath designers and their services, for consumer lead generation, and the ability for pros to enlighten consumers on all things kitchen-and-bath-related.”
Among the features being offered on the Web site are in-depth articles, forums for exchanges with design pros, a portfolio of products and a menu which consumers can use to find professional design services. Consumers can also use the site to seek out designers for short-term consultations, Serra said.
