VALENCIA, Spain — Sonia, the manufacturer of storage solutions and bath accessories, recently welcomed a select group of U.S. dealers, sales reps and customers to the company’s worldwide headquarters and production facilities here.
The all-expense-paid trip offered the attendees an inside look into Sonia’s daily operations, including four separate factory tours, a day at the Cevisima bath and tile convention and a series of social and touring events, the company said.
The attendees toured Sonia’s furniture, glass, plating and Arco factories, gaining a preview of some of Sonia’s soon-to-be-released products, including Sonia’s newest collection, the Nouveau line of bathroom vanities, set to debut this month at K/BIS 2006.
“The trip was reassuring for everyone, solidifying relationships and building stronger bonds based on a trust in our capabilities and an enthusiasm for our potential,” said Jody Rosenberg, national sales manager for the Sunrise, FL-based Sonia America.
The attendees included sales reps from Doliner, HC Kiehm and Associates, Interarchitectual Products, Brownstone-Amorello Sales and Western Sales, as well as customers representing Decorators Plumbing, Farreys, Advanced Plumbing, McGuckin Design Center, Jack London Square Bath Gallery, Bath and Beyond and Standard Plumbing, according to Sonia.
Sonia began operations in 1990 and began U.S. distribution in 1997. Its products are available at more than 260 dealers nationwide, including six stocking distributors and sales reps in 15 territories.
