MASON, OH — Basco, the Mason, OH-based manufacturer of glass shower doors and enclosures, has announced the 2006 schedule for “Basco University,” a training program that offers installers intensive, hands-on classes on the proper techniques and methods for best installing glass shower doors and enclosures.
Basco University includes two classes. Installation training for Basco’s core product line addresses the company’s line of shower doors and tub enclosures, while Celesta Installation Training (CIT) focuses on installing Basco’s line of customized Celesta Luxury Glass Enclosures.
Each course addresses how to correctly measure for doors, how to check for out-of-square, out-of-plumb conditions, selecting the proper tools and product differentiation, the company noted.
Training is conducted at Basco’s 4,500-sq.-ft. training center here. The courses are aligned so that attendees can take both training classes consecutively over a three-day period. Class size is limited to 10 students per session, Basco noted.
