LAS VEGAS - 20-20 Technologies has recently acquired the "BuildRite" computer software program from Stiles Machinery, the Grand Rapids, MI-based distributor of woodworking and panel processing machinery, the companies have announced.

According to 20-20, the computer software, which is aimed largely at the cabinet manufacturing sector, will be rebranded as "20-20 BuildRite." Both companies will continue to market the software "as part of their joint end-to-end solutions" for the industry.

"This agreement enables each firm to concentrate on its core competency – 20-20 [to continue] in delivering front-end tools for design and engineering at the point of sale, and Stiles [to continue] delivering back-end tools for the automated production of those designs," offered Jean Mignault, CEO of 20-20, which is based in Laval, Quebec.

"This agreement means that custom cabinet manufacturers will continue to benefit from the best of both worlds," Mignault concluded.
