NAHB Foresees Record Show Next
Washington, DC With a record-breaking 1.5 million sq. ft. of gross exhibit space already sold for the 2004 International Builders' Show surpassing last year's record the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) promises to have a hugely successful event in Las Vegas next month, the trade association announced.
The net square footage of exhibits at what is already one of the world's largest trade shows is expected to top 800,000 sq. ft., up more than 12% from last year, noted the Washington, DC-based NAHB.
With home-building continuing at a robust pace, the 2004 International Builders' Show, scheduled for Jan. 19 to 22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is expected to attract more than 90,000 attendees from 100 countries, show organizers observed.
The event includes the housing industry's largest new product showcase, with some 1,400 suppliers spanning more than 200 product categories that encompass all aspects of the residential building industry, including kitchens and baths, the NAHB said.
