Certification includes the division's seven domestic plants and distribution center, Elkay officials said. It also includes the division's functions of sales and marketing, customer service, engineering, human resources, financial management and information technology, the company added.
The Oak Brook, IL-based Elkay produces stainless steel sinks and faucets for the kitchen and bath market, as well as water coolers, drinking fountains and institutional scullery sinks. Factories are located in Oak Brook, and in Savanna, IL, St. Charles, IL, Bolingbrook, IL, Broadview, IL, Lumberton, NC and Ogden, UT.
