the Chapel Hill, NC
Kenneth W. Peterson, CKD, president of the SEN Buying Group, said last month that the program "is designed to make it much easier for dealers to track leads and manage projects."
Based in Central City, CO, TheKitchenPond recently became a SEN Preferred Vendor and currently markets its Kitchen Manager 2.0 product nationwide.
"Our members saw the time-saving potential of the Kitchen Manager software when it was introduced at SEN's Charleston Fall Conference in October," said Peterson. "Over a dozen have purchased the management information program in its current state, but many more are excited about the enhanced version, targeted for a Spring 2003 introduction."
According to Brian O'Rourke, president of TheKitchenPond, the exclusive SEN version of Kitchen Manager will be developed over the next several months and "will include many of Peterson's business management tools, created specifically for the kitchen and bath industry." Among those tools are a three-year budgeting system, cash flow forecast, break-even analysis and cost analysis system.
