POLYCON 2002 Set for February
Charlotte, NC "Sharing Our Best Kept Secret" will be the theme for POLYCON 2002, the annual trade show and conference sponsored by the International Cast Polymer Association (ICPA), the trade association announced.
The four-day event is scheduled for Feb. 13-16 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL. Featured will be displays of a wide range of materials, technologies and services aimed at the cast polymer industry.
POLYCON 2002 will also include educational sessions geared to virtually all aspects of the production and sale of cast polymer products for the kitchen and bath market, according to the ICPA. The educational tracks to be offered include Sales, Management, Gel Coated Products, Solid Surface Products and Quality, conference organizers said.
The McLean, VA-based ICPA is the trade association representing manufacturers, suppliers, fabricators and installers of cultured marble, cultured granite, cultured onyx and solid surface materials.
"Our manufacturers and suppliers are seeing tremendous growth," said ICPA president Jack Hedrisk. "POLYCON 2002 represents the best venue for industry representatives from all around the world to learn about the latest in quality materials and innovative technologies for cultured marble, cultured granite and cultured onyx, as well as solid surface products."
