The members of the "Katz Team" celebrate building and remodeling homes since 1982 with a focus on "Green, Sustainable and Healthier" homes. Guided by Joel B. Katz, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Graduate Master Builder (GMB), Certified Green Professional (CGP), the Team is committed to customer satisfaction and High Performance "Green" new and remodeled homes.

Katz Builders philosophy is "Customer Service comes first." As homeowner consumer advocates, Joel and Lucy Katz have authored "Making the Sale, Getting Great Clients to Choose You", and "First Things First - Laying the Foundation", published by the National Association of Home Builders, available through the NAHB Book Store. They have also authored numerous articles educating the consumer about the home building and remodeling process. Joel Katz is an NAHB Trainer for three courses.
