Homeowners can enjoy a wooded property

This project scope involved designing and building an addition onto the back of a home to provide a place to relax and enjoy the private, wooded property. The result is a sunroom that opens onto a terrace to provide a strong physical connection to the well-landscaped outdoor space. Three walls of glass and a cupola provide views and natural light. Due to the sloped terrain, the sunroom feels like a tree house, making the view from the balcony dramatic. A masonry fireplace and dining area add warmth and versatility to the space.
