  • Qualified Remodeler's Laurie Grant profiles a remodel that is totally in season, and brings the beach life to a Minnesota basement.  Bonus points for difficulty: the rooms in question had to go from drab basement to a master bedroom/bath suite.  The photos are fabulous: sloping lines and seaside colors to spare.   • Residential Design+Build is all about the masterful coverage of its Design Excellence Awards this year. Editorial Director Rob Heselbarth provided FRP.com with tons of online-only photos that couldn't make it into the magazine due to space constraints...Print's loss is FRP's gain! Check it out!
