The Evo Flattop Grill features a large 360-degree cooking surface. Made of a single, slightly crowned piece of solid, 3/16-in. plate steel, turned with a flanged edge to trap heat. The design gives an even temperature range on a surface that is texture-etched to promote a nonstick surface. Two adjustable control knobs and commercial-quality valves manage the burner system. Food can be cooked directly on the surface or placed in a pot or a pan. With the hood in place, Evo tranforms into a patio oven for baking, steaming or warming. The hood can also be used to create a smoker.
