John Boos & Co. has introduced the 2013 Oval Hardwood Cutting Board Series, with products manufactured of renewable and sustainably harvested Northern hard rock maple. The oval cutting boards are available in six versions and finished with Boos Block Cream finish with beeswax.

The Cucina Gourmet Cart from John Boos & Co. is fashioned from hard rock maple and features a 4"-thick end-grain constructed butcher block top. The cart includes two maple wood pull-out drawers and a slatted wood shelf for storage, as well as left and right stainless steel towel bars. Made in the U.S.A., the table is finished in Boos Block Cream with beeswax finish.
The Vino Credenza Table & Wine Rack from John Boos & Co. is fashioned from hard rock maple edge grain, with 2-1/4"-thick Varnique finished top. Made in the U.S., the rack features a pull-out utensil drawer and pull-out wine rack that holds 11 bottles of wine. The base is made from food service stainless steel and features a perforated shelf.
Chopping blocks by John Boos and Co. are available in a variety of thicknesses and sustainable hardwoods, including hard rock maple and American black walnut. Block surfaces are designed to preserve cutlery. Amenities include slotted knife holders and stainless-steel bun feet, depending on the model.
The Blended Walnut Dining/Conference Table from John Boos & Co. is a boat-shaped table crafted from solid Blended Black American Walnut. Measuring 30” tall, the Walnut Boat Table has a 1-3/4”-thick surface with a varnique finish and a Blended Walnut panel base. It is available in expandable and non-expandable versions.
The Cherry Metro Oasis round kitchen island, part of the Metropolitan Designer Series from John Boos & Co., features an American cherry end grain constructed 2-1/4" top. The island’s top measures 48" in diameter, and sits atop a brushed stainless steel base.
