Pittsburgh Corning has announced eight new shapes to the IceScapes pattern of glass block. Previously available only 8- by 8-in. blocks, the IceScapes line now includes an additional seven square, triangular, hexagonal and curving glass block shapes and sizes. The new pattern is designed to allow maximum light transmission while providing greater privacy than the popular Decora pattern.
Pittsburgh Corning has redesigned its LightWise glass block windows to include new features for easier, hassle-free installation. While still featuring the beauty and durability of real glass, all sizes of the new window are 20 percent lighter than the original LightWise Window. New features include a 2-in. glass block instead of 3 in.; setback nailing fins for use with stucco and other standard finishes; and a flat face design to create a tighter perimeter seal that is easier to clean.
