Johnson Hardware's 200 Wall Mount, a modern spin on barn door hardware, is a space saving alternative for small spaces and a contemporary feature that will add a splash of design. The 200WM can hold up to a 300-lb. door (shown with a heavy-duty glass prairie style door) and can be used with or without a decorative valance to cover the track.
The Johnson 2610F Wall Mount Door Hardware from L.E. Johnson Products requires no close fitting and the hardware can be readily adapted for particular installations. Virtually any door may be mounted because the hardware can support even solid core doors of up to 125 lbs. The new Series 200 Wall Mount Door Hardware holds doors up to 300 lbs. Track lengths are available up to 192 in.
Johnson Pocket Door Frame Kits fit doors up to 5 ft. wide by 9 ft. high. They work on all doors 1 1/8-in to 1 3/4-in thick and weighing up to 125 lbs. Heavy-duty ball-bearing hangers are available for sliding doors up to 200 lbs. The track's box shape and convex rails make it impossible for hanger wheels to jump off. Special keyhole slots allow for removal of the track without tearing out the wall. With Johnson's hanger clip system, the door can be removed for painting or staining after the drywall and trim are in place.
L.E. Johnson now offers replacement parts for nearly every brand of folding and sliding door hardware, including many that are obsolete. From replacement hangers to new springs and snubbers that make folding doors stay flat, L.E. Johnson has them all. Most replacements require only a phillips head screwdriver and a hammer.
The 2000 Series Pocket Door Frame was designed to be the first ultra-heavyweight pocket door hardware that includes its own easy to install frame. The 2000 series can support doors weighing as much as 300 lbs. and in sizes up to 1 3/4 in. thick by 5 ft. wide and 9 ft. tall. The Series 2000 comes in four widths (2 ft., 6 ft., 3 ft. and 5 ft.) four heights (6 ft. 8 in., 7 ft., 8 ft., and 9 ft.). The frame is designed for 2X4 walls but can be adapted to greater thicknesses.
Johnson Hardware has introduced a pocket door privacy lock that fits any standard door 1 3/8 in. thick. The locks do not need to be taken apart to be used with either left- or right-handed doors. In prebored doors, the lock is sized to fit standard 2 1/8-in. diameter bores and 2 3/8-in. backset openings without alteration.
L.E. Johnson's Series 200 sliding door hardware can hold sliding and pocket doors up to 300 lbs. and folding doors up to 125 lbs. The hardware features four-wheel ball bearing hangers and a machine with turned and balanced 1 in. nylon wheels on an aluminum I-beam track. The sliding and folding door system can accommodate track lengths up 16 ft. and doors as large as 4- by 9-ft.
