NRC661 Condensing Tankless Water Heater

The Noritz NRC661 Condensing Tankless Water Heater delivers 6.6 gallons per minute, with a maximum input of 120,000 BTU per hour. Using a half-inch gas line up to 120-ft. in length, the tankless water heater is designed for two-bath residences in warm weather climates. It has an Energy Factor of 0.91 for natural gas and 0.93 for LP and is equipped with a fully modulating, low NOx Eco-Burner that eliminates the need for a buffer tank to stabilize the temperature. A built-in digital display allows basic servicing without needing a remote and troubleshooting by indicating flow rates, temperature and common error codes.

The Energy Star-rated NRC98, the newest addition to the Noritz ecoTough Series of gas-fired residential condensing tankless water heaters, has an Energy Factor of 0.93, maximum flow rate of 9.8 gallons per minute, and temperature settings from 100 to 140 F. Featuring a standard BTU input range of 16,000 to 180,000, the water heater is engineered to fully meet the domestic hot-water needs of northern residences with two bathrooms and southern homes with three baths.

Noritz has introduced its NRC98 tankless water heater to the Noritz ecoTough Series of gas-fired condensing tankless water heaters. It has an energy factor of 0.93 with a maximum flow rate of 9.8 gallons per minute and temperature settings from 100 to 140 F. The Eco-Burner has nitrogen-oxide emissions of 20 parts of million to comply with the South Coast Air Quality Management District regulations that will go into effect Jan. 1, 2012.

Noritz introduces its new concentric-vented NR83-DVC tankless water heater. It includes many improvements over previous generation heaters: reduced amounts of hexad chrome in the coating of the exterior and the burner case; reduced amounts of lead in the water-flow servomotor, the lightning protector and the circuit board; reduced amount of cadmium in the inlet/outlet bracket; and reduced consumption of standby electricity.

The new unit is an extension of Noritz's commercial N-0841MC tankless water heater, the most energy-efficient unit on the market, with its new condensing technology yielding an astounding 94% energy efficiency versus only 60% of a typical tank water heater. The N-0842MC will be housed in Noritz's traditional powder coat casing and has a built-in PVC adapter (PVC adapter purchased separately on commercial unit).More importantly, the new residential version will be priced $300 less, allowing homeowners to experience additional savings on top of the existing tax credits available through the government stimulus program.The main component of this new technology is the revolutionary Super Heat Exchanger. Noritz America introduces the N-0751M-DVC, a new tankless water heater aimed at combining the advancements and power of the 751 Series with the convenience of concentric venting available mid 2008. This new concentric vented heater enhances the capabilities of customers to deliver endless hot water in air constrained areas with simple, single penetration installation. This indoor unit provides up to 9.8 gallons of hot water per minute, ideal for homes with up to four showers. The concentric venting allows this heater to be installed in small spaces with limited air flow and requires zero venting clearance. The N-0751M-DVC also utilizes a re-engineered heat exchanger which increases its thermal efficiency. The heater's next generation dual flame burner gives this unit stable combustion over a wider range of water flow. This means that the N-0751M-DVC is capable of boosting output at higher flow rates, while at the same time reducing the unit's minimum required flow rate.
