The cooktop features a convenient layout of five high-efficiency brass burners that burn up to 15.5K BTU, including an oblong center burner that evenly heats the stainless steel griddle that is included with the cooktop. Precision burner controls each come with position accurate control and one-touch automatic electronic ignition.
