Qualified Remodeler Honors Leading Remodeling Firms and Master Design Award Winners
Around 200 remodelers and industry partners from around the country gathered at the Marriott along Chicago's Magnificent Mile on Oct. 12 to network with colleagues and honor the industry's top-performing remodeling firms.
During the event, Peter L. Pfeiffer, FAIA, partner with Barley & Pfeiffer Architects, Austin, Texas, inspired the audience with tips about cost-effective green design and construction. Pella, Iowa-based Pella Corp., which was the corporate sponsor of the event, provided attendees an opportunity to "Text to Win" Apple products, including the coveted iPad2.
In addition, winners of Qualified Remodeler's 2011 Master Design Awards were recognized during a ceremony and presented with trophies. The awards program, which is in its 33rd year, is judged by a panel of active remodelers and designers.
