The new City Collection of gas ranges, wall ovens, indoor charbroilers and hoods from BlueStar Genuine Restaurant Ranges for the Home are designed for tight, urban spaces. The diminutive 24" gas range features BlueStar's 22,000 BTU high-heat open-burner system, an intense 1850° F infrared broiler and a gentle simmer burner that supplies low-heat flame at 130° F.
Bosch cooktops feature AutoChef sensor cooking technology for more precise cooking. Nine pre-programmed cooking modes of commonly prepared recipes ensure precise cooking with less energy use, notes the company. Included in the pre-programmed modes is Auto Chef Perfect Pancake.
The Jenn-Air Duct-free Downdraft Cooktop offers the performance of downdraft ventilation technology to high-rise apartments, condos and households unable to run ductwork or vent smoke to the outside. Available in 30" and 36" configurations, the collection uses a filter to capture smoke and steam, allowing for an open kitchen layout. The cooktop sportss continuous cast iron grates with a porcelain coating and electronic touch controls.
The Fulgor Milano Largo 400 Series gas cooktops are available in four different sizes, including a four burner, 24" model; a five-burner, 30" model; two different 36" models (one with five burners, the other with six) and the flagship 42" model. The 42" cooktop features stainless steel top and cast iron grates, and supplies 18,000 BTU to the main burner.
The CR2110 115V electric cooktop from Summit Appliance is made with EuroKera ceramic glass for easy cleanup and two E.G.O. burners for durability. The Capital Cooking Maestro Wall Oven includes Moist Cook, a feature that adds humidity for juicier cooking. Additional features include an all-glass oven bottom for easy cleaning, internal rotisserie, Perfect Convection, meat probe and digital controls.
The 30" Viking Professional Series All-Induction Cooktop provides induction cooking that transforms cookware into the heat source for a cooler, efficient and energy-saving method of cooking. The Power Management induction system speeds boil times and provides a quick simmer for sauces, among other uses.
La Cornue introduces Icy Blue, a steel blue shade that complements wood finishes and warm brown tones, for its Château Series. Icy Blue can be specified on any Château range, as well as the company's built-in Flamberge rotisseries. It is one of 28 colors available. Custom colors are also offered.
Dacor's new Renaissance 30" Single and Double Wall Ovens feature a 4.8 cubic foot interior cavity, seven rack positions and GlideRack, which extends completely out of the oven cell. The Four-Part Pure Convection System dispenses uniform heat throughout the oven cavity. GreenClean uses steam to remove oven build-up cleaning the oven in 30 minutes.
Whirlpool's Resource Efficient Double Oven Range offers energy efficiency, design flexibility and time-saving features. It has an upper oven that uses 50% less energy and preheats in half the time of a full-size oven. The electric oven has capacity of 6.7 cu. ft. and the two ovens can be operated at separate temperatures simultaneously.
Miele now offers a telescopic downdraft vent system that rises 14" over the cooktop surface to consume cooking odors. The 30"- and 36"-wide models, which disappear when not in use, are available in stainless steel finish with optional 500 and 1,000 CFM blower motor.
DCS by Fisher & Paykel indoor kitchen collection includes a dual-fuel range, cooktop, DishDrawer and wall oven. Shown is the Dual-Fuel Range, which offers convection cooking, a full-extension telescopic racking system and illuminated halos.
Elmira Stove Works expands its Northstar collection to include the 4.1-cu.-ft. Northstar Wall Oven, which can be installed two high. Overall dimensions include: 29" height, 29-7/8" width and 28" depth.
The Design Series of built-in cooking products from Bertazzoni includes wall ovens that feature a molded, Italian glass handle with graphite onlays that blend with the black monochromatic glass front oven door. An LCD interface features touch controls and a clear graphic display. Inside is an Exclusive Dual Diagonal Convection system.
The 30" Induction Cooktop from Electrolux features four powerful induction elements. The cooktop uses magnetic technology to cook, so the surface stays cool to the touch. Included are Perfect Set controls, a Power Assist function and a keep-warm setting.
Wind Crest Induction Cooktops provide 11 temperature settings, ranging from 50 to 36,000 watts, and include an AutoPanSizing feature, which automatically senses when a pan is present and adapts the power to match the size of the pan. The cooktops are available in 30" and 36".

Fisher & Paykel Appliances introduces its CookSurface featuring gas-in-glass cooktop technology wtih retractable burners and pan supports. When not in use, the pan supports and burners retract flush into the ceramic glass surface.
Fagor America's side-opening 24" European convection wall ovens are available in right or left swing door options, providing added design and user flexibility. The ovens can be installed at any height, eliminating the need for bending over a hot oven, and are installed to fit flush into the cabinetry.
The KitchenAid Free-Standing Double-Oven Range is available in dual-fuel, gas and electric models. The ranges feature an Even-Heat True Convection System in the lower oven. A hidden element and innovative bowtie-shaped design promote better circulation and more air flow for consistent temperature management, the company reports.
The 48" dual-fuel range from FiveStar Range that features six electric burners of varying BTU's and side-by-side small and large capacity gas ovens. The freestanding range includes a built-in cooktop griddle/grill that provides even heat distribution of pre-seasoned cast iron.
With the Evo Affinity Classic 30G Outdoor Kitchen Series, foods can be prepared directly on the cooking surface, and either separately or simultaneously, pots and pans may be used as in traditional stove top cooking.
