DALLAS – Atrium Companies, Inc. (www.atrium.com), the largest manufacturer of vinyl and aluminum windows and patio doors in North America, today announced the appointment of a new leadership team at its Champion Window division in Houston, Texas. The team includes Bill van Ravenswaay, senior vice president of operations; Dan Rucker, vice president of builder sales for Atrium’s Central Region and national builder sales development; and Justin Pfeifer, Champion’s Houston Metro sales manager.
“With Art Steinhafel’s leadership, this group has an ideal mix of industry experience and talent,” stated Bob Burns, Atrium’s chief operating officer. “Their varied backgrounds and disciplines within the company will be invaluable to leading the Champion business and ensuring the success of key initiatives in the region.”

As Atrium’s senior vice president of operations, van Ravenswaay brings extensive experience in the window and door industry, and offers diverse leadership ability with more than 20 years manufacturing management experience. Rucker has an extensive background at various levels in national builder sales and program management, too. Having worked for some of the largest building products companies in the world, he provides a deep understanding of the builder channel on both a regional and national level. Rucker will continue to coordinate national builder relationships for Atrium Corporate in addition to his Champion Windows responsibilities. Pfeifer brings more than 12 years of sales experience to the Atrium team, with a dedicated focus to the Texas market throughout his career.
