Woodharbor raises the bar

MASON CITY, Iowa—Woodharbor Doors & Cabinetry, Inc. has extended its Rockglen Cabinetry line of semi-custom cabinetry to include flush inset doors and drawers, Blumotion quiet technology, an integrated file system and premium colors—features normally only offered in high- end cabinetry lines. “It is rare for a semi-custom cabinetry line to have the range of choices that we offer with Rockglen,” said Bill Alger, director of product marketing, Woodharbor Doors & Cabinetry. “We’re providing incredible choices for designers and homeowners.”

For the first time, flush inset cabinetry is available at a semi- custom price. According to Tina Piper, ASID, designer for Woodharbor Doors & Cabinetry, this inset feature provides versatility and endless options for designers. “By combining a specific door style, wood and finish, designers can achieve a variety of themes, including cottage, traditional, arts and crafts and even contemporary,” explained Piper. There are two hinge styles to choose from, concealed and decorative. Decorative is available in five hinge finishes.

The popular Blumotion soft-close technology is now available in the Rockglen line. This feature, which normally would be an upgrade option for a semi-custom line, is standard in Rockglen.

Woodharbor has also added eight enamel paints in popular colors to its semi-custom line: Mocha, Eggnog, Heirloom Ivory, Moss, China Blue, Mushroom, Cattail and Slate. In addition, these finishes have also been added to the “Classic” Finish collection: Carob on Cherry and Quarter Sawn White Oak and Auburn on Maple. Previously these choices were only available in the company’s custom and premium custom lines. All of these finishes are available for mitered doors as well.

With an ear tuned to customer demands for efficiency as well as beauty, Rockglen now offers an Integrated File System that is built into the drawer and reduces the need for flimsy and unwieldy metal filing frames.
