INDIANAPOLIS - Delta Faucet announces the promotion of Richard O’Reagan to company president. In his new role, O’Reagan will lead the development of new products and oversee manufacturing and marketing practices for the Delta, Brizo and Peerless brands.
O’Reagan previously served as vice president of sales for Delta Faucet, where he was responsible for creating and driving strategic sales execution in the United States and global markets.
“Richard’s background in marketing and experience in systems engineering and driving strategic development will support Delta Faucet as it continues to pave the way for innovation in residential and commercial settings,” said Keith Allman, group president, Masco Corp.
Delta Faucet was recently named 2011 WaterSense Manufacturer Partner of the Year by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. As president, O’Reagan will provide support to the development of new and groundbreaking solutions offering smarter and more environmentally responsible ways to work with water.

Prior to joining Delta Faucet Company in 2008, O’Reagan served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Mansfield Plumbing Products. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of sales, marketing, product development and strategic planning. His background also includes several years at The Chicago Faucet Company and BMW.
O’Reagan is preceded by Keith Allman, who was recently promoted to group president for Masco Corp., one of the world's largest manufacturers of brand-name consumer products for the home and family. He is now responsible for Delta Faucet, Brasstech,Inc., Hansgrohe AG, Liberty Hardware Mfg. Corp., Masco Bath, Masco Canada Limited and Mirolin Industries.
Jon Dartt has been promoted to O’Reagan’s former position as vice president of sales at Delta Faucet and Ken Roberts has been promoted to the position of vice president of trade sales.
