Pella Announces Grand Prize Winner

Pella, Iowa -- Mike Garvey, Charlotte, N.C.  was presented with a 2012 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic Motorcycle by the Pro Expo by Pella.

“When I went to the Pro Expo, I never imagined I’d win the Harley,” says Garvey, director of marketing and business development at Stewart-Cooper-Newell Architects. “What an unbelievable thrill! I can’t thank the Pro Expo enough!”

Garvey received his new motorcycle during a June 1 event in Charlotte, N.C. to celebrate the culmination of 2012 the Pro Expo events. The half-day exhibitions brought local building industry professionals together to network, share ideas, earn educational credits and learn about the latest products, tips and trends in the building industry. Nearly 7,200 industry professionals attended events in 27 major markets across the U.S. and Canada from January through May 2012.

 “Attendees took home a wealth of valuable information,” says Pella Corp. Trade Marketing Manager Chris Dana. “We offered 108 accredited educational classes and conducted 162 educational seminars. I think our 27 national partners agree that the Pro Expo Presented by Pella accomplished its mission in many ways.”
