Geberit Manager to Present at DPHA Conference

Des Plaines, IL — Why should plumbing salespeople promote wall-hung toilets, and how can they explain the technology to designers and homeowners?

Tim Dallas, National Training Manager for Geberit, will answer these questions and more during the 2012 Decorative Plumbing & Hardware Association (DPHA) Annual Conference and Product Showcase, Oct. 4-6, at the InterContinental Chicago O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois.

Dallas will present the session “In-Wall Tank and Carrier Systems for Toilets” during the Product Knowledge Series for Sales Professionals. The series aims to educate participants on how various plumbing products work, which, in turn, enables showroom consultants and other professionals to better sell and support these products.

“By introducing customers to the wall-mount toilet concept and the design possibilities that the Geberit system offers, bathroom design professionals will expand opportunities in the luxury bathroom market,” says Dallas. Although floor-mount toilets are more commonly installed in North American residences, the wall-mount option is clearly gaining traction in this market as awareness grows, he adds.
