Charcoal ceramic grill/smoker

Viking's new charcoal ceramic grill/smoker is equipped with a large cooking surface and ceramic interior designed to provide maximum heat retention. Dampers located at the bottom and top of the grill allow users to regulate the amount of air that flows through the grill in order to control the temperature. Constructed of 18-gauge spun stainless steel, the charcoal ceramic grill/smoker can be used as a freestanding/built-in unit or combined with optional Viking carts.
