This stainless steel unit introduces Liebherr’s patented technology, BioFresh Plus, which provides greater flexibility and control for food storage conditions, notes the company. Food in the BioFresh Plus compartments retains its healthy vitamins, aroma and fresh appearance up to three times longer than in a conventional fridge, the firm adds. GE’s new dishwasher line, Most Advanced Wash System, offers a hard-food disposer and removable filter to rid the machine of food soils. Three pressurized, full coverage wash arms deliver 65 percent more wash power than previous models. The dishwasher also gives the option to run a half load, either top or bottom rack, using the wash zone setting. Easy access silverware baskets can be moved to either the top or bottom rack when using the wash zone option.

The new Signature Series 24" Dual-Zone Refrigerator/Wine Reserve from Perlick Corp. is the first in the industry to feature two independently controlled temperature zones resulting in the ability to properly store food as well as wine. The refrigerator is rated for outdoor use, and can be configured with a solid stainless steel door, solid wood overlay door, stainless steel glass door or wood overlay glass door. The Wine Reserve capacity is 21 wine bottles, and the refrigeration capacity is equivalent to 41 cans.
