Electrolux warmer drawers are available in stainless steel in 27- and 30-in. widths. Features include a smooth operating ball-bearing system; electronic controls for precise selection of heat levels between 80 and 210 degrees F; humidity controls to keep foods from drying out before serving; and a “bread proofing” setting that features an ideal temperature setting for dough to rise.
