Solar blocks

Hy-Lite Products has developed Solar Blocks, a new thermally efficient acrylic block designed to meet stringent energy codes. Available nationwide, windows made with Solar Blocks can be installed to help improve energy efficiency where solar heat gain is an issue. A coating applied to the side of the acrylic block facing the exterior gives the block a slightly tinted look that helps deflect the sun's rays and lower the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of the unit.
