The 2000 Series Pocket Door Frame was designed to be the first ultra-heavyweight pocket door hardware that includes its own easy to install frame. The 2000 series can support doors weighing as much as 300 lbs. and in sizes up to 1 3/4 in. thick by 5 ft. wide and 9 ft. tall. The Series 2000 comes in four widths (2 ft., 6 ft., 3 ft. and 5 ft.) four heights (6 ft. 8 in., 7 ft., 8 ft., and 9 ft.). The frame is designed for 2X4 walls but can be adapted to greater thicknesses. -

Heavy-duty ball bearing hangars are available for sliding doors up to 200 lbs. The track's box shape and convex rails make it impossible for hangar wheels to jump off.

Featuring a tubular aluminum track and ball bearing rollers, the track accommodates 1- to 3/8-in. single and double doors weighing up to 300 pounds. The system fits openings of 48-, 60-, 72- or 96-in. and can be trimmed to fit smaller openings. The system includes an I-beam track, adjustable rollers, brackets, track stops, door guides and assembly tools.

The multi-step process for both the stain and clear finish are completed before the windows or doors is assembled. The waterborne acrylic enamel used on the products is environmentally friendly. The six stain options to choose from are honey, wheat, hazelnut, cabernet, espresso and leather. The stain and clear finishes are available on pine, white oak, cherry, Douglas fir, cedro macho, mahogany and vertical grain Douglas fir.
