Tripane Glass Product From Integrity Windows and Doors: Integrity combined their Ultrex material with three panes of glass and argon glass for windows with Tripane glass. The glass has U-factors of .18 to .20 due to the argon gas. Wood-Ultrex casements and awnings using the glass received Design Pressure ratings of 50. The window option comes in all current design and hardware options as well as nearly all current casement and awning sizes, including special sizes available in 1/64-in. increments.

Clad-wood Windows Product From Jeld-Wen Windows & Doors: JELD-WEN has introduced the W-2500 clad-wood window line, featuring smarter thermal breaks, including the multi-chamber sill and vinyl extrusion thermal break. The casement boasts more wood in the frame and has a recessed sash that moves the glass plane to help reduce heat and cold transfer. Options include seven exterior clad colors, three exterior trim options, five stain colors, four paint options, seven hardware finish options, and primed, clear lacquer or natural wood interior.

Energy-efficient Replacement Windows Product From Simonton Windows: Simonton Windows has introduced the Asure line of energy-efficient replacement windows and patio doors. Designed to maximize the amount of natural daylight entering a home, the products are available in double hung, slider and picture window styles. Available in white and tan, they feature a two stepped sill design for better resistance to water and air infiltration. The device already is offered (field-applied) on its double-hung products, but is now expanding to casements.
