Simpson Door’s Artist Collection features limited-edition doors created by selected artists. The doors are available in Douglas fir, Western hemlock, red oak, knotty alder, maple, cherry, mahogany, and a variety of additional species through Simpson’s Custom Door Manufacturing Facility. The doors are 1-3/4 in. thick, 3 ft. wide and can be specified in heights of 6 ft., 8 in.; 7 ft.; or 8 ft.

Masonite’s Lemieux Torrefied Collection of premium exterior wood doors undergo a protective torrefaction process, where the wood is heated over time to eliminate its tendency to rot. Torrefaction makes the wood more structurally stable and resistant to heat, cold and moisture. The collection is available in each of Lemieux’s 10,000 residential entry door design options and custom designs in minimum 4-ft. widths and 8-ft. heights. Woods include douglas fir, Brazilian mahogany, Appalachian poplar and aspen. Each door has matching exterior door jambs, brick moulding and T-astragals.
