ScapeWEL

ScapeWEL by Bilco adds natural daylight and fresh air to basement living areas while providing safe, code compliant emergency egress. ScapeWEL consists of two side panels and two or three step panel components that simply snap together on-site in a patented slot and tab design. It requires no forming or pouring and is faster and more cost-effective than installing custom terraced site-built wells.
