DaVinci EcoBlend™ colors have been rated by the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) to reflect sunlight and heat away from the home.DaVinci EcoBlend Weathered Gray and DaVinci EcoBlend Castle Gray colors can be ordered for any DaVinci Roofscapes product and can help property owners save on energy costs, improve the comfort of the structure and mitigate global warming. Meeting the initial qualifications for a Cool Roof indicates that DaVinci EcoBlend products meet or exceed initial ENERGY STAR® program requirements for 25 percent solar reflectivity and qualify for LEED-NC 7.2 Heat Island Effect. Final ENERGY STAR approval will be awarded to DaVinci EcoBlends after a mandatory three-year weathering/testing period.

Onduvilla shingles from Ondura are made from recycled fibers and infused with bitumen (asphalt), resulting in a durable and lightweight roofing system. Each shingle also has a three-tone color finish, which gives them the raised appearance of traditional Mediterranean roofs. Onduvilla’s light and flexible design makes it fit seamlessly with all standard roof structures. The shingles are made from more than 50-percent post-consumer recycled fiber (ISO-14021) and use natural pigments for coloration. Five colors are available: Tuscany red, spruce green, Florentino terra cotta, siena brown and oxidian black. Weight per square is approximately 90 lbs.
