Installing beadboard exterior trim is faster than ever, thanks to the introduction of CertainTeed Restoration Millwork Beadboard Panels. The 4- by 8-foot panels install up to three times faster than standard beadboard and are ideal for finishing larger exterior areas, such as porch ceilings, soffit, wainscoting and other outdoor amenities.
Made from cellular polyvinylchloride, the panels are engineered to look, feel and work like top-grade lumber.

The installation process now consists of cutting the assembled wrap to desired length, wrapping around the post, applying Kleer cellular PVC adhesive to each joint of the wrap and snapping into place. Kleer’s KleerLok beaded boards have a ship-lap nailing flange that increases installation speed. The boards can be used in soffit applications, porch ceilings or for wainscot applications in bathrooms, laundry rooms and other high-moisture areas. The line is available in a smooth or authentic wood grain finish and is resistant to dirt, rotting, cracking and warping. The cut edges do not need to be sealed or caulked and include pre-notched profiles for installation with vinyl siding.

The 8-in. crown moulding and a water-table profile are compatible with the existing field of the company’s exterior trim system.
