DuPont has introduced its DuPont Tyvek Fluid Applied Weather Barrier System. The product, which maintains the performance of traditional DuPont Tyvek building wraps, can be rolled on or spray applied. The system has low shrinkage with high-elastic recovery that resists pinholes or cracks. Mineral spirits or citrus-based cleaners can be used for clean up.

Product From BehrBehr Premium Select masonry block filler waterproofing paint (K060) is designed for walls subject to hydrostatic pressure, above- or below-grade basement walls, retaining walls, masonry walls, cinder blocks, stucco, brick and CMUs. It provides a mildew-resistant film and resists alkali to help maintain the original color of the concrete.
Parex USA Inc. has released WeatherSeal BG, a neoprene waterproofing membrane for below-grade horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. The single-component membrane can be troweled, rolled, brushed or spray-applied. WeatherSeal BG allows low levels of moisture vapor to escape, preventing delamination of the applied membrane while prohibiting external moisture from infiltrating through foundation walls.
Owens Corning offers PINKWRAP Housewrap to help seal against leaks and drafts. The housewrap is lightweight, easy to cut and translucent for ease in determining where to nail and staple. PINKWRAP resists tearing around nail and staple holes, even in windy conditions.
Benjamin Obdyke Inc. has released Home Slicker Stone & Stucco, a vertically-channeled rain-screen system designed for use with manufactured stone, natural stone, stucco and masonry applications. Each roll contains the Home Slicker 3-D matrix bonded to a fabric that prevents mortar from entering the wall cavity during cladding installation.
CertainTeed Corp. manufactures CertaWrap weather-resistant barrier to provide a layer of protection for walls and minimize drafts, which reduces energy costs. The barrier is applied prior to exterior cladding and acts as a secondary water barrier after cladding is installed. CertaWrap also provides moisture vapor transmission resistance, tear strength and surfactant resistance.

CarraFinishes comes with a five-year limited warranty, while the panel substrate comes with a five-year labor and replacement feature as well as 50-year prorated limited warranty.
Danver Stainless Steel Cabinetry developed three cabinetry finishes for outdoor kitchens. The painted finish combines the stainless construction with the ability to carry a particular color scheme. The clear Protect-A-Coat finish provides protection against chlorine and corrosive chemicals for kitchens near pool areas and salt water.
