Redi-Exit
The Redi-Exit basement egress window well is 9 1/2 square feet, making it one of the smallest egress window wells that meets the 2006 IRC. An optional heavy-duty hinged cover made of semiclear polycarbonate is available. The cover will support 44 pounds per square foot and is sloped at a 5-degree angle for drainage.
