Compact Water Heater

Rheem has unveiled its XR90 Extreme Recovery Gas Water Heater. The slim, compact unit needs only 29 gallons of storage, and has a first-hour rating of 90 gallons, heating water 42 percent faster than a typical 50-gallon gas model, according to the company. The heater exceeds the requirements of Energy Star Phase II.
