DryFix Seismic Connector System

Helifix Inc. has advanced its patented DryFix Seismic Connector System to reconnect and stabilize damaged masonry or provide retrofit strengthening and seismic upgrade for unaffected buildings while allowing for normal building movement. The system combines HeliBars, DryFix remedial ties and patented seismic connectors to produce secure connections with brickwork, CMU blocks, concrete, limestone, marble, stonework, terracotta, timber and travertine. The austenitic grade 304 stainless steel components are embedded within the existing masonry and are fully concealed once installed.
