Energy-saving storm window panels

ScreenItAgain.com has made available a line of energy-saving storm window panels designed to dramatically improve the efficiency of new and older windows. Made of flexible PVC film and aluminum frames, the panels create a protective dead-air space in front of existing windows. This barrier helps keep cold air out and warm air in.
