Designed to be installed into a Viking grill cart or built into custom outdoor cabinetry, the grills are available in 54", 30" and 42" widths. Cooking amenities include a total of 29,000 BTUs of heat, a Black Diamond ceramic briquette heat distribution system and 30,000 BTU infrared burner option.
