Bertazzoni has introduced the Segmented Cooktop, which combines gas, electric griddle and induction cooking on one platform. The design fits the standard 36-inch cutout for a cooktop and each cooking surface is allotted 12 inches. The gas burners are manufactured from solid brass. The unit has been developed so it matches other Bertazzoni appliances.
